Professional Experience
Mr. Parker specializes in major Professional (Medical, Legal, Insurance Broker, etc.), Liability matters,
Product Liability, Environmental Torts and Coverage Actions. During his career, Mr. Parker has tried several
hundred cases to a conclusion, primarily in the Legal and Medical Malpractice areas and Product Liability
areas. He has represented manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, carpentry tools, distributors of propane gas,
carbonated drinking products, and a multitude of other consumer products. He was frequently called upon to
lecture for the New Jersey Medical and Hospital Associations, the Institute for Continuing Legal Education,
New Jersey Bar Association, National Institute for Trial Advocacy and the American Association of Hospital
Risk Managers. Mr. Parker was formerly Director of the Bank of Mid-Jersey, The Executive Committee of the New
Jersey Bar Association Civil Section, and a Trustee of Nexus Health Care Systems.
